Kera bay is a small seaside settlement in the Apokoronas region, in Chania regional unit. The bay is located between the fishing villages of Kalives and Almyrida, at the northwest coast of Crete. Kera is located 20km (12mi) away from the city of Chania and 45 km (28mi) away from Rethymno, via highway.
Kera studios is a beach resort consisting of six individual studios. The premises were designed and constructed in 1990, and fully renovated in 2020. Conceived as summer holiday residencies, are continuously operating in the same manner ever since.

The six independent studios are arranged in a two-story building, and they are varying in size and interior layout. The ground floor consists of four studios, two single space and two double space studios. On the first floor there are two double space studios, the access to which is gained via separate external staircases. Αll studios have independent entrances and private patios with built-in outdoor benches, sunbeds and table sets. The studios are surrounded by gardens with large mulberries, olive trees, fig trees, palm trees, vineyards and lawn areas.
The resort offers a swimming pool which is surrounded by lawn with umbrellas and sun loungers, an all-day self-service café with indoor and outdoor table sets overlooking the Souda bay, BBQ facilities and tree-shaded parking areas.
